Can you overuse your adrenal glands?
Can you actually overuse your adrenal glands, or is that just a myth? I've heard that the adrenal glands, which are responsible for releasing hormones like adrenaline and cortisol in response to stress, can become exhausted if they're constantly activated. How long does it take to detox adrenal glands?
I'm curious to know, how long does the process of detoxifying the adrenal glands typically take? Is it a quick fix, or does it require a sustained effort over an extended period? I understand that factors like individual health status, lifestyle habits, and the severity of adrenal fatigue can all play a role in determining the timeline. But, in general, what's a realistic expectation for how long someone might need to focus on adrenal gland detoxification to see noticeable improvements?
